We know you love your unwooded Chardonnays too, so we sourced a parcel of fruit from an exceptional vineyard in the Central Ranges that produces a lovely, full-flavoured chardonnay. Unoaked, the wine is a lighter, fresher expression of Chardonnay. It was bottled early to lock in its lovely peachy, rock-melon flavours.
Fresh pineapple and lemon with a hint of honey and delicate white flowers. Light to medium-bodied, mid-palate driven. Vibrant natural acidity gives a lovely freshness but the mouthfeel has the rounded softenss of a good chardonnay.
