Latin for “Blood of Jupiter” this Italian variety originally from Tuscany and used in the production of Chianti and Chianti Classico, thrives in our vineyard here at Skimstone in Mudgee. Our Sangiovese is carefully selected from our best blocks and aged in old French oak.
