2021 Riesling 

This wine was made from Riesling grapes grown in Millthorpe in one of the coolest and wettest vintages in many years. The fruit quality was wonderful despite lower yields. The wine has soft jasmine aromas and displays flavours of classic lemon, lime, citrus and lemon pith. It’s at the dry end of the spectrum for perceived sweetness and finishes with a perfectly balanced natural acidity. Best consumed at 10-15°C to
allow full expression of bouquet and flavours.
