2017 Shiraz Cabernet Blend - Sister Act

This is our first ever blend of our Shiraz with the addition of 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, leading to a complex and well structured wine. This wine was matured for 12 months in a variety of French and American oak hogshead. The Shiraz is aromatic with spice and red berry, and the Cabernet adds some dark chocolate and minty characters, and a full bodied flavour
