This classic Australian blend is great fun with two of our highest producing varieties. The Chardonnay brings a deep, rounded fruitiness to the lean, mineral structure of the Semillon, creating a generously fruity, well balanced and dry white blend.
Nectarine, just-ripe honeydew melon, citrus. Stone fruit, passionfruit, lemon curd, grapefruit skin. Mouth-filling but fresh. Flintiness and acidity from the Semillon, flavour, roundness and warmth from the Chardonnay. Don’t serve too cold.
Perfect with Garlic butter prawns with fettucine.
