2011 RESERVE SHIRAZ
3 Winestate Magazine 2015 BRONZE MEDAL - 2015 CAIRNS SHOW WINE AWARDS
This reserve wine is unique because its fruit has been selected from our premium fruit taken from the vines on the highest ridge of the vineyard on Tinja Lane. As there is more stone, there is less yield and the vines are slower to evolve. As you would expect, the wine is youthful, some pepper varietal nuance but firm tannin with the promise of great things to come. Forest floor characters on the nose and well-structured savoury palate with complexity developing. Mature to 2020 if you can wait. (Alcohol 14.3%)
